Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko published the peace plan of U.S. President Donald Trump, which was delivered today in Kyiv to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and it states that Ukraine\u2019s sovereignty will be confirmed, while Ukraine must give up some of its territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko published this evening the peace plan of U.S. President Donald Trump, which was delivered today in Kyiv to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and it states that Ukraine\u2019s sovereignty will be confirmed, while Ukraine must give up some of its territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The plan, which was carried by the Russian private media group RBC (RosBiznesConsulting), envisions that Ukraine will include in its Constitution a provision that it will not be a NATO member and that it will retain non-nuclear status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is stated that Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk will de facto be recognized as Russian territories, while in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia the current front line will be \u201cfrozen,\u201d and NATO troop deployments in Ukraine would be prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the signing of the peace plan, elections must be held in Ukraine within 100 days, and amnesty is planned for all participants in the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the 28-point plan published by Honcharenko, it is stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ukraine\u2019s sovereignty will be confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Russia, Ukraine, and Europe will conclude a comprehensive non-aggression pact, and all disputes from the last 30 years will be considered resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Russia commits not to invade neighboring countries, and NATO commits not to expand further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The United States will act as mediator in dialogue between Russia and NATO on security and de-escalation issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ukraine will receive security guarantees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The number of Ukrainian armed forces will be limited to 600,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ukraine will incorporate into its Constitution the rejection of NATO membership, and NATO will include a similar provision in its documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 NATO will not deploy troops in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 European fighter jets will be stationed in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 U.S. guarantees: The United States will receive compensation for providing guarantees, which it will withdraw if Ukraine attacks Russia. If Russia attacks Ukraine, sanctions will be reinstated, and the decision recognizing the territories will be reconsidered. Rocket attacks on Moscow or Saint Petersburg without cause will strip Ukraine of guarantees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ukraine has the right to EU membership and will receive preferential access to the European market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The plan for the reconstruction of Ukraine includes: a Ukraine Development Fund for investments in technology and artificial intelligence, joint restoration and operation of gas infrastructure, reconstruction of damaged areas and cities, infrastructure development, and a special World Bank package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Russia will be reintegrated into the global economy, and sanctions will be lifted in phases. The U.S. and Russia will sign a long-term economic cooperation agreement, and Russia will be invited to rejoin the G8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Frozen assets: 100 billion dollars of Russian funds will be used for the reconstruction of Ukraine, the U.S. will receive 50 percent of the profit, and Europe will add another 100 billion dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The remaining frozen Russian assets will be directed into a U.S.\u2013Russian investment fund, and a U.S.\u2013Russian working group will be established to monitor compliance with the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Russia will strengthen its policy of non-aggression toward Europe and Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The United States and Russia will extend nuclear arms control agreements, including START I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ukraine confirms its status as a non-nuclear-weapon state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant will continue operating under IAEA supervision, with production divided 50:50 between Russia and Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Both countries will implement tolerance programs: Ukraine will adopt EU norms on minority protection, both sides will abolish discriminatory measures, and Nazi ideology will be banned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Territories: Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk will be de facto recognized as Russian, and they will also be recognized by the United States. In Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, the front will be frozen along the contact line. Russia renounces other territories outside these five regions. Ukraine withdraws its forces from part of the Donetsk region and that territory will become a demilitarized buffer zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Neither Ukraine nor the Russian Federation will change territorial agreements by force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Russia will not obstruct the use of the Dnieper River and the export of grain through the Black Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Humanitarian section: Exchange of all for all, return of civilian detainees and children, family reunification programs, assistance measures for conflict victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Ukraine will hold elections in 100 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 All sides will receive amnesty and renounce future claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 The agreement will be legally binding and overseen by a Peace Council headed by Donald Trump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 After the signing of the agreement, a ceasefire will immediately enter into force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
