Dijana Hrka, who has been on a hunger strike for 14 days, addressed the gathered journalists yesterday and asked whether it was possible that none of the institutions were reacting to her pleas. She added that the institutions still were not doing their job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cYou all know that I received an IV today, I am very weak, my circulation isn\u2019t working, it\u2019s all a consequence of not moving and not eating. I even received a bit of oxygen today. We will see how everything goes. You see that the authorities are not reacting to all this. I could truly die right next to them, the institutions still will not start doing their job. Not a single institution, when it comes to me, has started doing its job<\/em>,\u201d Hrka said in her address to the media, as reported by N1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When asked whether she would end the hunger strike if the authorities called her or initiated something, Hrka replied through tears:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI will not betray my child, I swore, I need justice and truth, for him and for others, and I think the prosecution is blind and deaf to everything, not just to me. They don\u2019t care at all about what is happening here. You see that we don\u2019t even have water or electricity, and they have everything across the street (in \u0106acilendo). For the first time they did not allow even a portable toilet for me when they heard it was for me, and now I don\u2019t need it. We are two Serbias. And I am supposed to talk to the president? I don\u2019t need to talk to him about anything. Let him stay with his thugs and criminals, I will stay here where I am.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
