Mi\u0161a Ba\u010dulov was questioned at the Higher Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office in Belgrade after being arrested for allegedly coordinating violence in front of the National Assembly on the evening of November 2, 2025, while hospitalized at the Clinical Center of Serbia (KCS), using the official mobile phone of KCS employees, according to the prosecutor\u2019s office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The suspect, Ba\u010dulov, denied committing the criminal offense he is charged with \u2013 preparation of an act against the constitutional order and security of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This case has been joined with another in which Ba\u010dulov is accused of, together with D.C. and at least one other unidentified person, planning and coordinating actions from October 28 to 30 that would create conditions for the direct commission of the criminal offense of Attack on the Constitutional Order, or the offense of Preparation of an act against the constitutional order and security of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regime-aligned media previously reported that Ba\u010dulov was allegedly suspected of attempting to fake his own poisoning and intended to accuse the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, and the country\u2019s leadership of an alleged assassination attempt. They also published a video showing a conversation between Ba\u010dulov and another person discussing the planning of the alleged poisoning attempt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The person with whom Ba\u010dulov spoke, as revealed by BIRN, is Darko Cvetkovi\u0107 \u2013 the owner of a company whose account is blocked and who previously worked in private hospitals partnered with Ana Brnabi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the questioning, the prosecutor\u2019s office reportedly submitted a unified proposal to the judge for preliminary proceedings at the Higher Court in Belgrade, requesting detention for Ba\u010dulov to prevent the repetition of a criminal offense in a short period of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
