Students walking from Vr\u0161ac had their request for an overnight stay at a school in Plandi\u0161te rejected, but a local priest provided them with help, accommodation, and meals.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students walking from Vr\u0161ac to Novi Sad received an answer yesterday that their accommodation at the school in Plandi\u0161te was rejected with the explanation that they would disrupt classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, student Uro\u0161 told N1 that this is not the real reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eWe were supposed to sleep in the school gym, but we received information yesterday that it was not allowed because we would disrupt classes, even though classes are not held in the evening, only in the morning. We said we would leave by 7 in the morning, and thanks to the priest who allowed us to sleep in the church hall, who welcomed us nicely and warmly. Dinner was nice and warm, as was breakfast, and thanks to the residents of Plandi\u0161te for respecting us,\u201c he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They left Plandi\u0161te this morning around 8, are currently in Hajdu\u010dica, and will arrive in Se\u010danj around 10 in the evening. Here, citizens have provided them with accommodation, as well as in Zrenjanin, where they arrive the day after tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
