Former Minister of Defense and one-time official of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Predrag Bo\u0161kovi\u0107, was arrested this morning by order of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office, as part of an investigation against a criminal group that, according to the prosecution, was organized by businessman Aleksandar Mijajlovi\u0107.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the arrest, Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 was brought to the Special Police Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this investigation, the investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica, Goran \u0160\u0107epanovi\u0107, yesterday evening ordered the detention of businessman Aleksandar Mijajlovi\u0107 and former head of the counterintelligence service Drago Spi\u010danovi\u0107, Vijesti reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The accused police officers Milovan Pavi\u0107evi\u0107 and Vladan Lazovi\u0107 were placed under house arrest, while senior state prosecutor Andrijana Nasti\u0107 had her passport confiscated and is obligated to report to the police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
