The joint-stock company “Intelligence<\/strong>” from Saint Petersburg<\/strong> took over 11.3<\/strong> percent of NIS<\/strong> shares from “Gazprom<\/strong>,” RTS<\/strong> learns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the way, that company is also a subsidiary of “Gazprom<\/strong>,” and the transaction was completed on Friday, September 19<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In NIS<\/strong>, the largest share now belongs to “Gazprom Neft<\/strong>” with 44.85<\/strong> percent, the second shareholder is the state of Serbia<\/strong> with 29.87<\/strong>, and the third is “Intelligence<\/strong>” with a share of 11.3<\/strong> percent. The rest are small shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two days ago, Naftna industrija Srbije<\/strong> sent a new request to the US Department of the Treasury<\/strong> for a postponement of sanctions, as the last one-month extension expires on September 26<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107<\/strong> stated that he is afraid there will be no more postponements of sanctions for NIS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
