{"id":187752,"date":"2025-09-17T21:31:27","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T19:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serbiantimes.info\/en\/?p=187752"},"modified":"2025-09-17T21:31:28","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T19:31:28","slug":"court-reinstates-teacher-rogan-fired-for-supporting-students-now-returning-to-the-classroom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serbiantimes.info\/en\/court-reinstates-teacher-rogan-fired-for-supporting-students-now-returning-to-the-classroom\/","title":{"rendered":"COURT REINSTATES TEACHER ROGAN: Fired for supporting students, now returning to the classroom!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suzana Rogan, a teacher at the Kragujevac Trade and Hospitality School \u201cToza Dragovi\u0107,\u201d who was dismissed this summer after supporting students and high school graduates, has been reinstated by decision of the Basic Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Basic Court in Kragujevac on Tuesday (September 16) issued a temporary measure returning teacher Suzana Rogan to her job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She will remain employed until the final conclusion of the lawsuit in which she seeks annulment of the dismissal decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No appeal is allowed against this court decision on the temporary measure, and the school must comply within eight days of receiving the ruling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rogan had also, as reported, pointed out numerous irregularities in the work of the school principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Rogan told the Beta agency, on Wednesday (September 17) she submitted the court\u2019s reinstatement decision to the school secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Serbian language and literature teacher was dismissed on July 10 from the school where she had worked for three decades, officially because she failed to justify a four-day absence during her participation in the march from Kragujevac to Ni\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-dnt=\"true\" align=\"center\"><p lang=\"und\" dir=\"ltr\">Kragujevac, 10. jul 2025.
