Dejan Milovanovi\u0107, former Red Star footballer, passed away on Tuesday in Belgrade at the age of 42.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Milovanovi\u0107 was participating in a match between Zvezdara and PKB in the Veterans League when he suddenly fell ill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who was Dejan Milovanovi\u0107?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dejan Milovanovi\u0107 was born on January 21, 1984, in Belgrade and was the son of legendary Red Star player \u0110or\u0111e Milovanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He played as a midfielder and was one of the players who marked a period in Red Star\u2019s history. He began his career in Red Star\u2019s youth teams and made his first-team debut in 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wearing the red-and-white jersey, he won three league titles and four Serbian Cups, served as captain, and played 230 matches.
