Branislav Jak\u0161i\u0107 brought gold to Serbia<\/strong> at the World Arm Wrestling Championship<\/strong>, in the Senior Grand Master<\/strong> category, left arm up to 100 kg, while with his right arm he took second place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 17 matches, Jak\u0161i\u0107 reached the final, where he defeated a representative from Kazakhstan<\/strong> and won the gold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Radi\u0161a Milojkovi\u0107<\/strong> also had a notable performance, reaching the semifinals, but ultimately won fourth place with both his left and right arms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The president of the Serbian Arm Wrestling Federation<\/strong>, Nenad Smiljkovi\u0107<\/strong>, points out that this is Serbia’s<\/strong> first gold medal in ten years since the country became a full member of the World Federation<\/strong> in this sport, which confirms that the federation is successfully doing its job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the year, the Serbian national team is expected to have a match with the Czech Republic<\/strong> within the League of Nations<\/strong>, which will be held on November 29<\/strong> in Trstenik<\/strong>, a city that is the seat of the Federation and the center of “arm wrestling” in Serbia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
