Health care workers are protesting in front of the prison on Klisa in Novi Sad due to the arrest of their colleague, a doctor, as well as a student of the Faculty of Medicine, which happened last night during a protest in that city.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health care workers gathered in front of the prison on Klisa due to the arrest of Dr. Predrag Stani\u0107 from the Clinical Center of Vojvodina and MFNS student Miljana Anti\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doctors in front of the prison on Klisa are chanting: “Peco, we’re here,” N1 reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The doctor, who was in the first aid service during the protest, was detained last night. He was ordered to be held for up to 48 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a surgeon at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina, who last night provided assistance to the injured at the protest, and had visible markings of the first aid team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
