The documentary film “Brother” in honor of the legendary Dejan Milojevi\u0107 premiered at the International Festival of Sports Film in Zlatibor. The Golden State ace shared a story related to his first “buzzer beater” in his career. Against the Houston Rockets in January 2022, the Warriors triumphed with a score of 105:103, and Steph hit the winning shot at the sound of the buzzer. The inbounds play that preceded it was a play that Dejan Milojevi\u0107 drew up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“That was Deki’s play, we still call it that,” Steph Curry said in the documentary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dejan Milojevi\u0107 passed away on January 17, 2024, as a result of a heart attack. As a player, he left the biggest mark on Partizan, where he played from 2004 to 2006, and he wore the jerseys of Valencia, Galatasaray, FMP, and Beovuk, where he started his career. He was a regular member of the national team, with which he won a gold medal at the European Championship in 2001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
