For the PMF student who was detained this morning around 7 a.m. during a police intervention at the court blockade, the act for which he is charged will be reclassified as a misdemeanor.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a much easier situation for the defendant, the student’s lawyer stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The offense in question is Indecent, insolent, and reckless behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The threatened penalty is 30-60 days in prison, 240 to 360 hours of community service, and a fine of 10,000 to 150,000 dinars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will be brought before the Misdemeanor Court, at Bulevar oslobo\u0111enja no. 52, and the hearing will be at approximately 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier today, his lawyer Milan Glu\u0161avac told N1 that he was charged with the criminal offense of assaulting an official.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The student is currently at the Detelinara police station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
