(VIDEO)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Brutal and cruel police officers in Valjevo, whose brutality last night was unprecedented, kicked one of the arrested demonstrators. One officer, while the man was tied and lying on the ground, kicked him between the legs! At one point, a man approaches, uses his foot to spread the legs of the person lying down, and then kicks him between the legs! Citizens recorded them beating people who were already lying on the street, some of them tied up.
