The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, stated in Sremski Karlovci, at the commemoration of 30 years since the suffering of Serbs in the military-police operation “Storm,” that no more “Storms” will succeed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vu\u010di\u0107 thanked the Krajina Serbs for everything they gave to Serbia, to which they “had to move to live and save their lives,” and apologized for the then-government moving them off the highway and “hiding them from the people of Belgrade and Novi Sad.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said that foreigners conspired and planned to overthrow the Serbian Krajina, that Serbia was weak, and the world was unjust, and that they “finished it with Krajina in a few days” and “didn’t care that they had guaranteed safety to Serbs.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“They said how magnificent it was to kill 2,500 people and expel 250,000 people,” Vu\u010di\u0107 said, and he told “those who invoke ‘Storm’ in Serbia and Republika Srpska” not to try, as no more “Storms” will succeed for them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We will never again allow you to jeopardize Serbian freedom in any way,” Vu\u010di\u0107 said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, foreigners are strengthening everyone in the region, but only weakening Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To those who think the time has come for the end of Republika Srpska, Vu\u010di\u0107 said that Republika Srpska will live during his mandate and that nothing will be able to harm it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stated that Serbia does not interfere with anyone’s states, threatens no one, but only wants to preserve its “Serbian name and surname,” and also announced that on September 20, everyone will be able to see “what kind of national army they have created” and that Serbia will be strong and powerful enough to defend itself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A Serb wants his freedom and does not ask for the price, remember and learn that once and for all,” Vu\u010di\u0107 said, adding that Serbia will do everything to preserve peace and called on Republika Srpska to preserve peace and for everyone to unite and preserve the peace of Republika Srpska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said that Yugoslavia was destroyed so that Serbs would not live in one state, that they said they would recognize the independence of all Yugoslav republics, but would not touch Kosovo, and then they told Montenegro not to stay with Serbia, and finally decided to take Kosovo as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vu\u010di\u0107 called on everyone to look at the fate of the presidents of Republika Srpska, because they never allowed anyone to finish their mandate peacefully<\/strong> \u2013 “from what they did to Radovan Karad\u017ei\u0107, what they promised, and where Biljana Plav\u0161i\u0107 ended up, to what they did to Milorad Dodik.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As he said, there is a real rule of law in Serbia<\/strong>, not the one foreigners talk about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Imagine if we in our country had sentenced someone to a day in prison for verbal delict, they would tell us you are violating all international legal norms, the rule of law does not exist, we will hang you in Brussels, Washington, or somewhere else,” Vu\u010di\u0107 said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
