Student Stefan Tomi\u0107 has been released from detention. He has been placed under house arrest, his attorney stated.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a reminder, Stefan T. (20) was questioned at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of Inciting a Violent Change of the Constitutional Order, under Article 309 of the Criminal Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspect denied committing the criminal offense during the questioning and presented his defense, the prosecution announced, as reported by RTS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the questioning, the prosecution had proposed to the pre-trial judge of the Higher Court in Belgrade that Stefan Tomi\u0107 be remanded in custody to prevent him from repeating the criminal offense within a short period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
