Another, the eleventh, member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia was expelled from Kosovo and Metohija last night, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija announced.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement noted that by order of the Prime Minister of the provisional Pristina institutions in technical mandate, Albin Kurti, Aleksandar S. (34) from Brezovica near \u0160trpce, who is employed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ni\u0161ka Banja, was expelled from Kosovo and Metohija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aleksandar S. was detained yesterday afternoon at the \u0110eneral Jankovi\u0107 crossing when he was returning to Kosovo and Metohija from North Macedonia. During the night, by the same mechanism that Pristina has been applying for the past two weeks, he was expelled from Kosovo and Metohija and is currently in central Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a family man with a son who is only 15 months old. The Office’s statement emphasizes that Aleksandar S. is the eleventh Serbian policeman to be expelled from his doorstep by Albin Kurti’s unilateral, illegal, and illegitimate decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The policy of persecuting Serbian police officers from the area of Kosovo and Metohija continues, violating their fundamental human rights, guaranteed by numerous international conventions, while international missions, which should guarantee Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija respect for their rights, provide no protection,” the Office for Kosovo and Metohija points out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is added that the policy of terror, persecution, and retaliation against the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija is the axis of Albin Kurti’s anti-Serb policy, who, it is emphasized, openly implements a policy of ethnic cleansing and resorts to new escalatory moves instead of advocating for dialogue and normalization of relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
