Police in Minnesota have arrested the man who on Saturday shot and killed Democratic Congresswoman Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, ABC News reported, citing Reuters.<\/sup> ABC News stated that the man was apprehended near his farm close to Green Isle, Minnesota.<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n The county sheriff’s office posted a photo on social media showing the arrest of the suspected assailant, 57-year-old Vance Luther Belter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “The face of evil.
