Opposition representatives in both locations have announced appeals to this institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dragana Ra\u0161i\u0107, the lead candidate for the &#8220;Change We Believe In&#8221; list in the Zaje\u010dar elections, stated that they were not surprised by the rejection of their complaints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;You have institutions that should have reacted during the electoral process, during the campaign. We saw an official campaign, in the context of giving money for votes, gifts, and everything else that is forbidden. Ultimately, when we found a copy of the voter list and showed it, we were on the street in front of the prosecutor&#8217;s office, fifty steps away. All institutions were absolutely informed about what happened in Zaje\u010dar on election night, before the elections, and after the elections. We will file an appeal today. Nevertheless, we hoped that the Higher Court in U\u017eice would uphold our appeal, because it involves a serious violation of electoral law,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ra\u0161i\u0107 added that &#8220;opposition lists&#8221; voted against the complaints in Zaje\u010dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;That is the fundamental part of this story. We pointed this out throughout the entire electoral process and our campaign, that lists number 2 and 3 were the only opposition lists, and that all others can be considered satellite lists of the SNS,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The irregularities they found, she claims, &#8220;are sufficient to overturn the electoral process.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are not in a situation to choose; the entire process here is problematic. We found more than 30 people who voted with a right of residence but no permanent address; that&#8217;s the attitude that everything will pass. We had a huge number of people who were registered to vote outside polling stations, finding enormous irregularities, serious electoral offenses that absolutely should cast doubt on the entire electoral process,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She announced that they will &#8220;definitely go all the way regarding the institutional struggle.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Until we exhaust all legal tools. On the other hand, those who today sit in the prosecutor&#8217;s office, police, and courts must be aware of one thing: the anger of citizens is becoming extremely great. They feel injustice and theft; they feel as if a thief has entered their private apartment and taken something from them,&#8221; she said, adding that she hopes &#8220;humanity and the pursuit of correctness and justice will ultimately prevail.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Janji\u0107 agreed with Ra\u0161i\u0107 that they will &#8220;try institutionally and with all available legal means.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;However, it is much more important that, despite everything that happened in Kosjeri\u0107, the opposition and students on one list achieved an excellent result. The difference is only 51 votes. If someone had personally asked me a few months ago, a large number of citizens have no idea where Kosjeri\u0107 is, and that the elections in Kosjeri\u0107 would be a litmus test and that all of Serbia would be focused on Kosjeri\u0107. The government recorded a 30 percent decline, the other list won almost 30 percent more compared to the last local elections.
