Situated on the longest sand beach of the Adriatic, Velika Pla\u017ea in Ulcinj, construction officially commenced today on the Porta Rai Beachfront Hotel & Residences<\/a>, a luxury hotel-residential complex. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backed by two esteemed international groups – Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Dobrov & Family Group<\/strong> – the prestigious project involves \u20ac170 million in direct investments<\/strong>, while the total economic impact is estimated at an impressive \u20ac278 million<\/strong> over the next ten years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase one will see hotel facilities, residential units, and supporting infrastructure built, while the entire project is scheduled for completion by 2029.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previous projects in Montenegro overseen by the investors saw that over 90% of contractors involved were local partners, and the same approach will be applied here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
