Moscow appreciates their courage and understands the pressure they faced because of that decision, Putin stressed in a media address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also referred to the visits of the leaders of Serbia, Republika Srpska, and Slovakia, Aleksandar Vu\u010di\u0107, Milorad Dodik, and Robert Fico, saying that they showed exceptional courage in the light of all the blackmail not to attend the events in Moscow.
