And in a way, I want to reassure neighboring countries, for example, Serbia, that there are no problems with it, or that there should not be. From the perspective of the Croatian constitutional system, it does not meet the conditions to be an international agreement, but a declaration in a way, without any international legal consequences,&#8221; Milanovi\u0107 said. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Here are my Croatia and Albania, NATO members, and Kosovo, our friendly country that is not yet recognized in the EU, and has not been admitted. If I represented (North) Macedonia, I wouldn&#8217;t even think about it.
