The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, reacted after Christian Schmidt, whom RS does not recognize as the High Representative, announced that he was suspending all budget payments for SNSD and United Srpska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Is that democracy? On what basis are they doing this?” stated Dodik, asking how this was possible, Srpskainfo reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that he receives his salary by mail, that he is the President of Republika Srpska and does not receive a salary from the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Namely, Dodik’s SNSD and the United Srpska party, headed by Nenad Stevandi\u0107, who holds the position of President of the National Assembly of RS, receive certain financial compensations from the budget at all levels of government in BiH based on the mandates won.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We remind you that over the past 20 years, more than 335 million KM has been paid out from all levels of government to political parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Namely, Christian Schmidt, whom Srpska does not recognize as the High Representative, said today that he has made a decision to suspend all budget payments for SNSD and United Srpska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“All budgetary funds intended for SNSD and US at all levels will be suspended and redirected to a special account in the Central Bank of BiH,” said Schmidt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
