The complaint concerns alleged <strong>violation of equality<\/strong> under Article 128, Paragraph 2 of the Serbian Criminal Code. Due to the urgency of this legal matter, \u0110oki\u0107 stated he would be unable to attend the day&#8217;s meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is the second criminal complaint filed against me in a short period,\u201d \u0110oki\u0107 wrote, noting that both were submitted by the same individuals but categorized under different legal grounds.
