Our team, in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is still searching the area. The search is still underway,\u201d GSS representatives in Bor told <em>Blic<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, the search effort will be expanded beyond yesterday\u2019s operation, as the Serbian Army is joining the mission. If conditions permit, drones will also be deployed in the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t know where the false news originated from. We&#8217;ve been searching for them since early this morning,\u201d the GSS stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missing persons&#8217; car found<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This morning, the car used by the missing individuals was discovered on Beljanica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In coordination with the Mountain Rescue Service, gamekeepers from Brezovica, who had a quad bike, found the vehicle near Mikuljski Kamen, by the Demi \u017dok stream, <em>Blic<\/em> confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to <em>Blic<\/em> sources, the car, an Opel, was found stuck in the mud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ocdn.eu\/pulscms-transforms\/1\/B_Vk9kpTURBXy82Yzc4YTIwZjRlOGZlNTFmM2E3N2I2M2E0ZjhiM2MzMi5qcGeRkwLNA1IA3gABoTAF\" alt=\"Prona\u0111en automobil nestalih ljudi na planini Beljanica\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Prona\u0111en automobil nestalih ljudi na planini Beljanica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missing for four days<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday, under difficult weather conditions, a team from GSS Bor, members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the Bor police station, firefighters, and a forest ranger searched for the five adults who disappeared four days ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GSS told <em>Blic<\/em> that the weather conditions had severely hampered the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe weather is very bad, there&#8217;s a severe storm in the area. We hope they have found shelter somewhere safe until it passes. The search will resume early in the morning,\u201d GSS representatives stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The search operation is focused on the newly established South Ku\u010daj \u2013 Beljanica National Park in the \u017dagubica municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday, 15 people and three vehicles were deployed in the field. Today, 25 members of the fire and rescue sector will participate in the effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe roads are flooded due to rain, mountain streams are overflowing, and we need to find alternative routes to continue the search,\u201d Gnjatovi\u0107 explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">90% of the terrain searched<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>He noted that over the past two days, 90% of the available routes in the area had been searched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gnjatovi\u0107 stated that the missing individuals lost cell phone signal on March 28, when they last made contact.
