From North Macedonia to Belgrade, 12 patients injured in the accident at a nightclub in Ko\u010dani were transported last night by a Serbian Army CASA C-295 aircraft, who will be treated at the Military Medical Academy (VMA) and the Clinical Center of Serbia.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nine patients injured in the fire in North Macedonia<\/a> have been distributed to the Emergency Center of Serbia, while three patients have been admitted to the Military Medical Academy (VMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, an aircraft with four doctors and four medical technicians flew to North Macedonia for medical evacuation of those injured in the accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, two patients who were transported by military ambulance vehicles from North Macedonia are being treated at the Military Hospital in Ni\u0161 and the Clinical Center in Ni\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To provide assistance to the injured, it is planned that two doctors from the Military Medical Academy (a plastic surgeon and an anesthesiologist), as well as a medical technician \u2013 instrument technician, will remain in North Macedonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the fire at the “Pulse” nightclub in Ko\u010dani, which broke out on Sunday at three o’clock after midnight during a concert, according to the latest information, 59 people died, and 155 were injured, of which 22 are critical.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serbia will take over some of the seriously injured in the fire, who will have to stay in hospitals for several months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honorary Consul Covers Family Expenses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Honorary Consul of Serbia in North Macedonia, Vladimir Staji\u0107, said that he will cover the costs of families whose members are hospitalized in Belgrade and Ni\u0161 after the accident that happened in Ko\u010dani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“As the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Serbia in the Republic of Macedonia, I have decided to cover the costs of the stay of families whose loved ones were injured in the accident in Ko\u010dani, hospitalized in hospitals in Ni\u0161 and Belgrade, in the Republic of Serbia,” Staji\u0107 said in a post on the social network Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staji\u0107 wished a speedy recovery and much strength to everyone going through this ordeal and added that “in these difficult times, it is most important to show solidarity.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
