(PHOTO)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>The Culinary Federation of Serbia shone at the prestigious &#8220;Global Chefs Challenge Semi-Finals &amp; Grand Prix&#8221; competition in Rimini, winning four medals in as many categories. This fantastic result once again confirms the top level of skill, dedication and talent of Serbian culinary professionals and students, who proudly represented our country.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The greatest success was achieved by Milan Lukovi\u0107, Pastry Chef at the Sava Center, who, with the help of his assistant Matea Taubner, a master&#8217;s student at the Higher Hotel School, won a gold medal in the pastry category. This triumph secured him a place in the grand final in Wales, where he will defend the colors of Southern Europe. In addition, Milan took second place in the European Grand Prix, right behind Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fkulinarska.federacija.srbije.KFS%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0m1ybpGPQDxfxmJHztbQBsRuJFQAoXt7kyhrSK53WYBzvqQAtsnTRsgL1shJVVuYYl&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"753\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the &#8220;Global Vegan&#8221; category, KFS was represented by students of the Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, Milana \u010cugalj and her assistant Mihailo Malba\u0161a, who showed exceptional creativity and skills in combining plant-based foods while achieving the necessary nutrients, winning a bronze medal.
