The sanction began on February 9 and will last until May 9, with the most important news for Italians being that he will be able to play at the Masters 1000 in Rome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WADA accepted that Sinner did not intend to cheat and that Clostebol, the banned substance he tested positive for, did not provide a significant advantage over other competitors, and that the incident occurred without his knowledge, due to negligence from his team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>However, according to the code and based on CAS precedents, the athlete is responsible for the negligence of their entourage.
