However, <strong>China\u2019s Ministry of Commerce<\/strong> has accused <strong>Trump of &#8220;seriously violating&#8221; international trade rules<\/strong>, urging the U.S. to <strong>\u201cengage in sincere dialogue and strengthen cooperation.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Fentanyl is an American problem.
