The indictment also references a previous <strong>video of the rapper physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura<\/strong>. Allegedly, Diddy paid a <strong>hotel $100,000<\/strong> for that footage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Designer\u2019s Allegations Included<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The revised indictment has officially included <strong>a previously reported allegation<\/strong>. It concerns <strong>Brianna Bani Bongolan<\/strong>, a <strong>fashion designer<\/strong> who earlier claimed that <strong>Combs abused her and then dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony<\/strong> in the apartment where <strong>Cassie Ventura lived<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the expanded indictment <strong>contains information that had already surfaced publicly<\/strong>, it is believed that <strong>there are no entirely new accusations<\/strong>. This lawsuit does not present any new cases. The prosecution\u2019s theory remains full of holes.
