The construction of the first and only Orthodox church in the Caribbean, started three years ago, is nearing completion. To ensure the Caribbean Gra\u010danica shines in its full glory, support from everyone is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to donations, you can contribute to the construction of the Serbian church by attending a charity event in Chicago on February 16. The event will feature live music, food, drinks, and camaraderie, with all proceeds going toward the church construction fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Caribbean Gra\u010danica is a replica of the renowned Gra\u010danica Monastery in Kosovo, designed by architects Pe\u0111a and Sava Risti\u0107, who were also behind the Hercegovina Gra\u010danica in Trebinje. The unique design includes 16 slender columns instead of four massive ones, creating a more dynamic interplay of arches that has captivated experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
