Savo Mini\u0107, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management of Republika Srpska, told <em>Politika<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This is clearly an instance of the Court of BiH executing certain directives and conducting proceedings without even basic procedural grounds. This decision is part of a broader attack targeting Republika Srpska, which in this case lacks any passive procedural legitimacy.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He emphasized that the properties in question were repurposed in accordance with Republika Srpska&#8217;s legal regulations and transacted lawfully to support the development of Jahorina and investments in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mayor of East Sarajevo, Ljubi\u0161a \u0106osi\u0107, also condemned the decision, finding it incomprehensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;In any normal country, institutions work to ensure that all parts function smoothly and develop. Only in BiH do you have a court that prohibits investments in a location that, after Belgrade Waterfront, is the most attractive for investment in the region,&#8221; said \u0106osi\u0107.
