According to German media reports, at least 11 people were killed, but there are fears that the death toll could be higher. Between 60 and 80 people were injured. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver has been arrested, local authorities told the German news agency dpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Welt, citing security sources, a man from Saudi Arabia, born in 1974, is suspected of the attack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He allegedly rented the vehicle used in the attack shortly before the attack. A piece of luggage was reportedly found on the passenger seat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Magdeburg police spokesperson said this evening that it is still unclear whether the attack was carried out by a single attacker.
