Judge Adelina Ismaili sealed his place in the final. In addition, it would encompass territories of Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Greece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to this idea, its composition would include Ulcinj, Plav, Ro\u017eaje, and Podgorica (Montenegro), Kosovo, the Pre\u0161evo Valley, Leskovac, Vranje, and Prokuplje (Serbia), western North Macedonia and Skopje (North Macedonia), as well as the Greek region bordering Albania and North Macedonia, extending to the city of Janina (Greece).
