(PHOTO+VIDEO)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>The Serbian American Medical and Dental Society (SAMDS) celebrated its patron saint&#8217;s day, Saint Cosmas and Damian, with a gala dinner last night at the Drake Hotel. Serbian doctors from all over the United States attended the celebration. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As is customary, the celebration began with a religious service led by Father Aleksandar Petrovi\u0107, parish priest of the Church of Saint Stephen of De\u010dani in Chicago, with the assistance and chanting of Father Dragan Arsi\u0107, director of the Saint Sava Academy. Tonight we celebrate more than three decades of dedication, innovation, and commitment to the medical community. We are here not only to recognize the incredible contribution of Serbian medical professionals to the advancement of medicine but also to strengthen the bonds that unite us as a community in America.
