Sr\u0111an \u0110okovi\u0107, the father of the greatest tennis player of all time, has undergone surgery at the Clinical Center of Serbia<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sr\u0111an \u0110okovi\u0107 had orthopedic surgery due to complications that arose after a broken arm in April of this year, Republika has learned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sr\u0111an was admitted to the infectious diseases clinic a few days ago, and it was then determined that a new operation was necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sr\u0111an underwent successful orthopedic surgery today. The bone connecting his right shoulder and elbow, or the humerus as it is called in medicine, was operated on. The reason for the urgent intervention was the appearance of fluid that began to ooze from his arm at the site of the previous surgery. This operation was performed at the same incision as the first. It was precisely because of this fluid that Sr\u0111an first went to the infectious diseases clinic, but it was determined that it would be better for him to be operated on in orthopedics as before”; said a source for the mentioned portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us remind you, Sr\u0111an arrived at the hospital on Thursday accompanied by his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
