(VIDEO)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Spain has been hit by a new disaster caused by sudden floods, as heavy rains have caused cars to float in the streets of Girona.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A powerful torrent of water swept away everything in its path, including more than 30 vehicles, as it passed through the center of the Catalan town of Cadaqu\u00e9s in the Girona region. Dozens of cars have been carried away by the swollen river in the city center, blocking the bridge.
