He told his supporters that he would win today&#8217;s election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This will be the greatest victory, politically speaking, in the history of our country,&#8221; Trump said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamala Harris stated that the campaign had brought together people from all parts of the nation and all walks of life. &#8220;Tonight, we end as we began: with energy, optimism, and joy,&#8221; she said. She also expressed pride in the strength of young voters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U.S. citizens will choose today between the incumbent Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump. Poll results show the candidates are nearly tied, while leading global sportsbooks give Trump a slight edge.
