Last night at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Donald Trump held his final rally before the upcoming elections in front of 20,000 supporters in one of the key states that will decide the winner. Trump’s emphasis on Wisconsin was evident as he repeatedly urged attendees to go out and vote, noting that the 10 electoral votes from this state will likely determine the election outcome.
Amid constant cheers and chants from the packed hall, which hosts the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks, Trump reiterated familiar points of his political platform: he will stop inflation and illegal immigration, stating that any illegal immigrant who kills an American citizen should receive the death penalty.
He mocked Joe Biden, claiming that Biden doesn’t need a teleprompter while speaking and that America doesn’t need another president with a low IQ.
At one point, he turned to the media box and declared the press to be the “most dishonest people in America,” adding that CBS should lose its license for editing an interview with Kamala Harris.
Trump also announced plans to seek the elimination of tips and overtime taxes and to bring the automotive industry back to the U.S., particularly to Michigan.
He joked about climate change, literally saying, “Who cares how much the ocean level will rise in 500 years!” and emphasized that if elected, he would promote fossil fuel energy, using the slogan: Drill, baby, drill!

He did not miss the opportunity to mention Kamala Harris, calling her the biggest liar and worst vice president in American history, predicting that the American people would soon “fire” her from office.
Many Serbs from Milwaukee and nearby Chicago attended Trump’s rally, and Miroslav Jović, president of the St. Sava Church, confirmed that our community will largely vote for the Republican candidate.
“Of the 30,000 Serbs in Wisconsin, maybe seven will vote for Kamala Harris; the rest are on Trump’s side,” Jović stated to the Serbian Times, half jokingly.
In the closing remarks of his speech, Trump reminded listeners of Churchill’s famous radio address to the British at the beginning of World War II. Following that, he engaged in his inevitable dance as he bid farewell to his supporters, accompanied by the song “YMCA” by the Village People.
As the campaign draws to a close, Trump will hold rallies in several swing states such as Georgia, Michigan, and Virginia, with two appearances each in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. In addition to Trump, several local politicians spoke, including the popular Senator Ron Johnson, known for being a big fan of Novak Djokovic, and Bobby Kennedy, who leads Trump’s campaign for health, food, and medicine (Make America Healthy Again).
