In an absurd development of the social and political situation in the country, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, the man who has been ruling the country for 13 years, tonight presented his 5 demands for resolving the crisis.

In the demands that we are transmitting in their entirety, Vučić actually insists that state authorities break up student blockades at faculties and prevent blockades of streets and intersections.

He said that “we, the citizens gathered at the Assembly, strangely, but we demand from the competent authorities, and above all from the competent prosecutor’s offices, to initiate appropriate procedures and take measures to ensure order in the state.”

These are his 5 demands:

To establish full respect for the Constitution and laws. To ensure the security of the Republic of Serbia and its citizens. And to return the institutions that have been seized to the citizens, including the public media service, which is one of the key ones in the implementation of the colored revolution.

To determine the legal responsibility of all persons who participated in the acts of vandalism and attacks on citizens during their peaceful gatherings in Serbia, and especially to discover the perpetrators and punish the instigators and accomplices of the brutal attacks on peacefully gathered citizens in Niš on March 21, 2025.

To enable every pupil and student to attend school and study, if they wish to do so.

To discover the perpetrators, instigators, and accomplices in carrying out activities that involve attacks on vital state institutions and facilities, and to prevent the undertaking of such activities in the future.

To prevent any activity that unilaterally and illegally paralyzes economic activity and prevents citizens from carrying out their life activities in the usual way.

In the end, we say to you, those to whom the demands are addressed, and I include myself here, that we will fight daily by peaceful and democratic means until these demands are met. And we will not give up until each of these demands is met,” said Vučić.
