A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured when he was hit by a bus a few minutes after 11:00 p.m. near Belgrade Waterfront, the Emergency Medical Service told the Beta agency this morning.

He was transported to the Emergency Center.

A motorcyclist was knocked down in a traffic accident last night in central Belgrade, near Republic Square, and was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

In total, Belgrade’s Emergency Medical Service responded to 100 calls last night, mostly due to chronic health problems.

Of these, 20 interventions occurred in public places, usually largely related to citizens under the influence of alcohol.
