TRAGIC ACCIDENT NEAR UROŠEVAC: Four-year-old child died, hit by a car in the yard of the house!

A horrific traffic accident occurred yesterday around 6:45 PM in the village of Dardani near Uroševac, in which a four-year-old child lost its life.

According to initial information, the child was hit by a car in the family yard, under circumstances that are still unclear.

The child was transported in critical condition to the ambulance in the village of Požeran, where the doctor, unfortunately, could only confirm death.

“It is suspected that the child was hit by a car in the yard of the family home, and the driver has family ties to the victim,” said the police spokesperson for the Uroševac region, Kanun Veseli.

Immediately after the accident, the driver was taken to the police station in Uroševac, while the competent police units went to the scene and conducted an investigation.

The state prosecutor ordered the initiation of a case under the qualification of causing general danger, and the driver was detained for 48 hours.

The investigation is ongoing, and details about the circumstances of the accident are still being determined.
