After decades of dedicated work, a geography teacher from a Belgrade elementary school retired. And the video of his farewell, which appeared online and delighted many, best speaks to what kind of teacher he was.
Dragan Zejak, a geography teacher at the “1300 Kaplara” Elementary School, was, by all accounts, the embodiment of a true professor for many generations of students, and the last generation gave him an unforgettable farewell that will be remembered.
On the Instagram profile “serbialive_beograd” where a video of the farewell to the beloved professor appeared, students and teachers can be seen gathered in the hallway, applauding to see Dragan off – showing him gratitude for all the years he tried to pass on his knowledge to them.
In addition to applause, Dragan also received a gift from one student, and his name echoed through the hallway as the students chanted it, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
