At the beginning of the “We Won’t Give Up Serbia” rally held today in Belgrade, around 55,000 people were present, according to the Public Gathering Archive. They stated that the estimated number was based on footage recorded at 7 p.m.
The rally occupied the plaza in front of the National Assembly building, Nikola Pašić Square, and King Aleksandar Boulevard up to the intersection with Desanka Maksimović Street.
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, citing a police estimate, stated during his speech at the rally that around 145,000 people attended the “We Won’t Give Up Serbia” event. However, he also expressed his belief that there were even more people.

Dragan Đilas, president of the opposition Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP), gave the lowest estimate, claiming that “barely twenty thousand people” attended the rally.
“With all the logistics and thousands of buses, barely twenty thousand people showed up at Vučić’s ‘biggest rally in the history of Belgrade.’ Not a single Belgrader came, except (Finance Minister) Siniša Mali and (Pink TV owner) Željko Mitrović,” Đilas wrote on the social network X.
On social media and in the media, footage surfaced showing some attendees leaving the “We Won’t Give Up Serbia” rally in large groups even before Vučić finished his speech.
