SET AN ULTIMATUM: Here’s what Epstein’s right-hand woman demands to testify about Trump and Clinton!

Ghislaine Maxwell, former associate of convicted sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein, after refusing to answer questions in a congressional investigation, indicated that she would be willing to testify that neither U.S. President Donald Trump nor former President Bill Clinton did anything wrong in their interactions with Epstein—if Trump were to end her prison sentence.

The House Oversight Committee attempted to question Maxwell via video call from a federal prison in Texas, where she is serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking.

However, she refused, citing the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to avoid answering questions that could incriminate her.

The Fifth Amendment provides key protections for individuals in legal proceedings, including serious criminal cases, safeguarding against double jeopardy and the right against self-incrimination (“the right to remain silent”).

She has come under renewed scrutiny from lawmakers seeking to investigate how Epstein, a financier with numerous connections to powerful figures, was able to sexually abuse underage girls for years. Lawmakers are trying to identify all individuals connected to Epstein who may have assisted in these abuses.

During a closed testimony on Monday, Maxwell’s attorney, David Oscar Marcus, told the committee that she is “willing to speak fully and honestly if President Trump grants her a pardon.”

He added that both Trump and Clinton are innocent regarding any illegal actions, but “only Ms. Maxwell can explain why, and the public has the right to that explanation.”

Democrats described this as a brazen attempt by Maxwell to have Trump end her prison sentence.

Lawmakers noted that during the call she acted “robotically” and did not appear remorseful.

When asked, the White House pointed to previous statements by the President suggesting that a pardon is not currently under consideration.

This option is opposed by both Democratic and Republican lawmakers.

Maxwell is also attempting to have her conviction overturned, claiming she was unfairly sentenced.
