Serbian national shooting team member Damir Mikec and Bulgarian Antoaneta Kostadinova won the gold medal today in the air pistol mixed team competition at the “Grand Prix Sofia” tournament.
Mikec and Kostadinova had the best result in the qualifications. Since the competition was held according to old rules, matches for gold and bronze were scheduled after the qualifications. In the duel for gold, Mikec and Kostadinova were supposed to meet a Greek pair, who withdrew, which is why the Serbian-Bulgarian mix was awarded the brightest medal without a fight.

On Saturday, Mikec won the gold medal at the tournament in Sofia in the individual air pistol discipline.
Serbian national team member Anastasija Živković won today in the air rifle discipline. Živković, who is the European champion for youth juniors, recorded 254.1 rings, which is 0.8 rings better than the current European senior record.
Second place was won by Bulgarian Tanja Rizova, while third was Dimitra Koula from Greece.
