A junior non-commissioned officer of the Montenegrin Armed Forces (VCG) and a participant in a NATO mission in Bulgaria celebrated the Day of the National Flag with his colleagues from the Albanian Armed Forces and on that occasion showed the Albanian national symbol, the so-called “double-headed eagle”.
Defense Minister Dragan Krapović confirmed that these allegations are true and added that “everything will be established regarding that member of the VCG,” Vijesti reports.

As he added, Gorvoković is under the jurisdiction of the Chief of Staff of the VCG, Zoran Lazarević.

On that date in 1912, Albania declared independence from the Ottoman Empire.
On the other hand, an inscription on the frame of a license plate, which read “Kosovo is Serbia”, was enough reason for the Pristina authorities to impose a one-month detention measure on citizens of Montenegro: Rajko Krivokapic (34), Marinko Jovanovic (24) and Dragutin Lalatovic (24).
