Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Criminal Police Directorate, have arrested A. S. (37), E. V. (42), E. G. (48), and A. C. (18), citizens of the Republic of Albania, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of inciting national, racial, and religious hatred and intolerance.
It is suspected that A. S. today, on the day marking the beginning of the NATO aggression, publicly posted a video recording on his Facebook account showing him in an “Audi” car in the company of the other suspects, while driving on the highway through Serbia, inappropriately showing symbols of “Greater Albania,” as well as verbally mentioning the Republic of Serbia in a negative context using inappropriate words.
The suspects have been detained for up to 48 hours, after which they will be brought to the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade – Special Department for High-Tech Crime, along with a criminal report.
