Drama within the British royal family continues after Prince Andrew, the disgraced second son of the late Queen Elizabeth II, was evicted from the Royal Lodge residence, writes The Sun.

Witnesses claim Andrew put up desperate resistance, shouting at staff and security: “I am the Queen’s second son, you can’t do this to me!”

On his 66th birthday, Andrew was arrested for allegedly sharing confidential official documents with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein while serving as the United Kingdom’s special trade envoy.

Emails released on January 30 by the U.S. Department of Justice suggest that the former duke forwarded reports from official trips to Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Singapore to Epstein. In one email from November 2010, Andrew forwarded a message from his then special adviser Amit Patel to Epstein just five minutes after receiving it. Those trips took place in late 2010, at a time when Andrew was officially representing British trade interests.

The battle over the Windsor estate, which British media dubbed the “Siege of Royal Lodge,” lasted for months. Andrew and his former wife Sarah Ferguson were forced to move to the Sandringham estate, and then to the more modest Marsh Farm.

Interestingly, the prince’s personal belongings, including his well-known collection of teddy bears, were transferred to a heavily guarded storage facility in south London, which is now under constant police supervision due to the investigation, reports The Sun.

As many as 11 police departments are currently reviewing data from the Jeffrey Epstein files. The focus is on Lasham Airfield near Farnborough, where Epstein’s private jet, known as the “Lolita Express,” landed more than 80 times. Police are investigating whether the prince used his position to facilitate the movements of the convicted pedophile and his associates.

In addition to his legal troubles, Andrew is now facing financial collapse. Since 2019, he has not received funds from the state budget and has been left without significant income. Ironically, as a 66-year-old, he is now entitled to a state pension of seven thousand pounds per year.
