President of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan was examined in the morning hours at the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska, after which he was hospitalized at the Clinic for Cardiology due to a general infectious syndrome and for further cardiological examination and diagnostics.

As announced by the Cabinet of the President of RS, Siniša Karan is in stable health condition and is under constant medical supervision.

Siniša Karan took the oath three days ago in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.

In the repeated presidential elections in Republika Srpska, Karan won twice as many votes compared to November 23.
