The blockade of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology continues despite a statement from the Management that an agreement had been reached between professors and students for the January and April exam periods to proceed undisturbed according to the already published schedule.
Students participating in the blockade of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology announced via social media that the plenum disassociates itself from students who accepted the Management’s proposals for conducting the exam periods without a plenum declaration, and that they will remain in blockade until elections are called.
In an Instagram post, the students stated that on May 21, the plenum voted to enter into a full physical blockade of the faculty due to the management’s disregard of the blockade and the scheduling of exam periods, and that they disassociate themselves from, as they stated, insinuations that their stance has changed in the meantime.
